Cupcakes in Chester?

It's near New York pizza on Main st. we tried Friday night. Owners are really nice. Flavor is great. My only suggestion is to bake the cupcakes in the am not pm they were a little dry. very cute shop :)
That's pretty common with new baked good places now. They just don't sell enough merchandise to keep everything at peek freshness.
I'll have to visit soon. Do you know the name of the place?
I had a chocolate with peanut butter frosting tonight. The cake was a little dry, but the peanut butter frosting was good. For a $1.75, it's an alternative to an ice cream cone as a treat.
