Mount Olive Public Library’s 2nd Annual FallFest
The Mount Olive Public Library announces its 2nd Annual FallFest presented by Animal Care Center of Flanders on Saturday, September 24th from 11:00am-3:00pm. Specializing in full medical, surgical, and dental services for dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets, Flanders Animal Care Center has served the greater Mount Olive area since 1999.
“The overwhelming success of our first ever FallFest in 2010 made it clear that we would make this an annual event,” said Scott Davan, Library Director “and this year, with the help of Flanders Animal Care Center, we’re looking to go bigger.” This free, event, located behind the library, will include something for the whole family.
Stop by and pet some baby farm animals in our petting zoo between 11am-12pm, take a pony ride, run through our inflatable obstacle course, get your face painted, and more. Musician Kurt Gallagher returns this year with playful, interactive songs for children. Parents, be sure to visit our craft fair and information booths.
Special guest appearance by Michael Buckley, author of the Sisters Grimm and NERDS series; Mr. Buckley will present a discussion of his books and will be autographing copies.
