Possible homicide under investigation in Chester Township
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office is investigating a possible homicide in Chester Township this morning.
Township mayor Bill Cogger said he was advised of a "violent death" on Pleasant Hill Road and that detectives were on scene.

A 74-year-old Chester Township man was arrested Thursday, charged with murdering his wife in their home, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
Just before 8 a.m., a patrol car screamed toward the Pleasant Hill Road house, authorities said.
