Grove St Park Field House

Can anyone provide information about the new Field House that is being constructed in Grove St Park. I believe the building faces Seminary Ave. I was interested in learning about what types of events or activities (sporting events, concerts, kids camps), are planned, whether the building plans have designated parking. When will it open
