Beginning next week, people should be able to review online the more than 3,600 comments submitted by land owners, lobbyists and governmental officials on the draft regional master plan for the Highlands region.
The New Jersey Highlands Council agreed on Thursday to post on its web site a searchable database of all the comments received on their proposed zoning plan for the 860,000-acre region that includes most of Morris County.
