Township Council to Select Interim Mayor

Township Council members are expected to name an interim mayor to succeed Ben Spinelli when they meet on Wednesday, June 6. The interim mayor will serve to the end of Spinelli's term, until Dec. 31.

The municipal Republican Committee has recommended three candidates for interim mayor, including Township Councilman William Cogger, Township Council President Leonard Taylor and William Asdal.
