Chester Twp. police looking for Peeping Tom

Police are looking for a man who allegedly peered at a woman through her home's rear window at about 9:20 a.m. Tuesday.
The man is described as Hispanic and in his 20s. At the time of the incident, the man was wearing a light blue T-shirt with dark blue rings around the collar and the ends of the sleeves, police said.
Peering through windows is a fourth-degree crime, carrying a fine up to $10,000 and a maximum 18-month prison term.
